About the position: The Brand Marketing Specialist helps coordinate Spain's Brand Marketing strategy, in order to achieve the awareness and consideration objectives of our multi-mobility services within different audiences. This role assists the Brand Marketing Manager in the day to day of the strategy implementation, in this case, focusing on our key audience: our drivers and fleets.
In this position you will be part of the brand positioning strategy's execution, based on budget planning. Also, you will help develop campaigns always seeking to archive the brand as well as the business objectives and metrics.

How will you help us achieve our mission? Participate in the definition of the marketing plans that responds to the priorities of the company and the objectives of the fleet and drivers audience.You will be part of the local brand strategy tropicalization and definition side by side with the Brand Manager and aligned with the global Brand team, aiming to build brand awareness objectives for Cabify and its supply area.Assist to the implementation of the marketing initiatives according to the Audience and Products business development plans.Both in the planning processes and in the daily execution and coordination of projects, you will be in constant construction and alignment with the Growth Marketing area, responsible for the channel mix strategy, for the joint achievement of objectives throughout the funnel of both drivers and fleets.You're welcome to bring market/audience insights and research (UR, Product Marketing Fit, etc) on the planning process.You will help define and coordinate different marketing activations (events, CRM campaigns…), through diverse channels.You will be responsible for meeting the deadlines and understanding the processes, as well as coordinating different areas when needed. Project management is the key to success!Continually review changes to the market, trends, channels innovation and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.What we're looking for: BSc/BA in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business or relevant field. Postgraduate degree is a plus.Profile advertising, brand management and profiles that have a project management background in marketing with certain bases in communication or planning marketing campaigns.4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing.Great project management skills: you're very organized and understand the importance of meeting deadlines.Knowledge and expertise in Marketing verticals: planning, campaigns, media and marketing channels (earned media, internal channels and advertising).Experience in audiences where CRM was an important part of the deal.High communication skills to have an effective communication with stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines.Hands-on experience in different projects implementation and tracking of KPIs.Previous experience in working in hyper-growth startups and/or fast-paced environments is a strong bonus.The good stuff: We're a company full of happy, motivated people and we never want that to change.
