.Job TypeSalesLocationWest Coast (USA and Canada)Contract TypeFull timeWe're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and help us transform the textile industry .Do you:Believe in the power of sustainable practices?Have a knack for engaging with brands and building relationships?Thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation is key?If so, we want to hear from you!We're looking for someone to connect with West Coast fashion, outdoor, and sportswear brands to champion our planet-conscious solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.Presenting our sustainable offerings.Building strong partnerships.Driving adoption of Archroma solutions.Specifically, you will:Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders at West Coast brand and retailer headquarters, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions with their strategic goals.Coordinate and manage brand projects and sales adoption with the global Brand Marketing team, focusing on projects generated in textile production countries.Drive key account management with priority brands and retailers, maintaining customer classification and priorities.Establish and manage relationships with regional accounts, expanding our portfolio to include new West Coast brands.Organize training sessions, roadshows, and fairs to develop business within the region.Support the commercial team with mill growth where brands source in the Americas, including LATAM.Liaise and coordinate new project input and ideas directly with Marketing Segment Directors.Ready to make a real difference?What you should have:Bachelor's DegreeA good network of contacts in a decision-making position for the sports and sustainable brands located in the western USA .A good understanding of the textile chain in terms of chemical value additionSolid understanding of textile processing in terms of pre-treatment, coloration, and finishingAn understanding of the textile market drivers in terms of sustainability (labels, impurity minimization, resource utilization etc)Dynamic and energetic characterAbility to present to small and large audiences and capable to inspireGood PowerPoint, Excel and Word skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to travel frequently up to 40%Strong team collaboration skills (experience in virtual teams)Our CompanyArchroma is a global leader in color and specialty chemicals with strong market insight, highly talented people and a long history of material excellence and expertise.
