Purpose:
The Brand Manager is responsible for all aspects of brand growth by designing, developing, and deploying an integrated brand strategy. He/She initiates, formulates, and recommends the long-term brand strategies, the yearly brand planning, and the marketing activity set for the assigned brands, in line with the global brand strategy, executing the plans after approval to realize the defined sales, growth, and market share objectives of the respective brands, optimizing allocated financial resources.
Your tasks and responsibilities: Development and implementation of the strategy for the assigned brands in collaboration with the Category Team Lead in accordance with the international brand strategies, TB4L methodology, and company guidelines.Development and setting the yearly brand review process, the budget planning, and translating the plan into an activity set, optimizing allocated financial resources.Analyze market research on a regular basis, execute consumer research, report regularly on market developments to achieve in-depth know-how about brand, competition, and consumer, ensuring up-to-date business intelligence.Initiate and drive the priority process for 'Above the line' (TVC, digital, print), 'Below the line' and HCP communication for the assigned brands to achieve the planned competitive brand preference by its target consumers.Formulate, execute, and recommend the most effective media exposure at optimal conditions in line with the brand year plan, company guidelines, and campaign objectives, with close collaboration with the Media Manager.Support the development of brand activities at customer level in close cooperation with trade marketing and sales.Key Working Relations: INTERNAL: CH Country Division Head, Marketing Head, Sales Area Manager, KAMs, Sales Representatives, Medical Representatives, Division Assistants, Other Brand Managers, Business & Marketing Support Department, Regulatory Affairs Department, Medical Department, Procurement Department, Congress Services, Headquarters' Global Strategic Business Units.
EXTERNAL: Advertising Agencies, Media planning Agencies, Media, Communication, Public Relations, Market Research providers, Key opinion leaders, Associations and scientific societies, Customers, Warehouses.
Qualifications: Experience & Key Skills:
Bachelor's degree or above.
3-5 years of proven experience in a Marketing position.
Preferable experience within FMCG or OTC market.
Fluent in Spanish & English required, both written and spoken.
Commercial & digital first mindset, with strong experience in end-to-end brand management.
Strong experience with financial budget planning and management.
Good digital skills in MS Office.
