About the role:We are looking for a brand manager with experience in fast-paced and agile (preferably tech) businesses. Working under our Senior Director of Brand Experience, you will be responsible for bringing brand strategies to life on brand campaigns, owning global marketing programs that have made us one of the most recognized travel brands in the world, and nurturing our brand presence to reach new audiences. You will partner with our marketing, creative, new ventures, social, B2B, PR, and editorial teams with your primary focus being to find innovative and creative ways to promote and grow the Tripadvisor brand with travelers. You will be joining a collaborative, cross-functional organization and play a key part in changing how our brand and products are experienced by millions of travelers. The Brand Experience team is part of the Traveler Experience Organization, which combines Product Design, Research, Creative, and Content. Together, we focus on how Tripadvisor can help make everyone a better traveler.
Responsibilities:Implement and manage the overall brand strategy, identifying the key brand moments to prioritize that will drive awareness and brand consideration.Optimize and improve our legacy brand programs like our commitment to guidance, our branded placements, and Travelers Choice awards program.Own brand campaigns end to end from brainstorms, insights, planning, and tactics, to share-outs and reporting.Measure and report on the performance of our brand including awareness, consideration, and progress against key brand equities.Work closely with product owners and product marketing to align consistent brand values, identity, and voice in campaigns that support product goals.Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop go-to-market and in-product campaigns.Keep pulse on market competition, ensuring messaging and product stay ahead of the market.Use data and analysis to make evidence-based decisions while driving innovative creative strategies. Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 7+ years experience.Demonstrated experience growing and executing on a brand and customer strategy.Experience in rethinking, evolving, and building new creative brand strategies for a business.
