Like agility and new ways of workingValue operational autonomy and speed decision-makingAre passionate about data and digital transformationAre consumer-obsessed and want to make a differenceHave an entrepreneurial spiritAbout the role The Brand Manager for Spain and Portugal localizes integrated campaigns and drives the execution across different channels and touchpoints liaising with the local cross-functional teams. This role is suited to consumer-oriented, performance-driven, communicative, and analytical candidates who are passionate about Consumer Healthcare and want to contribute to drive short and mid-term executional excellence for our beloved brand Bisolvon/Mucosolvan.
The position is located in Barcelona but with responsibility for the Bisolvon/Mucosolvan brand in Spain and Portugal. You'll find yourself in a very dynamic and international setting and work hand in hand with the Global Brand team and in close collaboration with the Western Europe Zone team. In addition, the candidate will work closely with local country key functions: Sales, Shopper, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory & Supply.
What you'll do Manage resource allocation across brand strategies and tacticsDefine local demand & provide local competitive intelligence, analyze market and competitionMonitor execution with the different stakeholders (media/digital, commercial, and trade)Monitor GTN execution according to the plan (discounts, visibility, customer programs, etc.)Lead monthly forecasting and demand planningLocalize brand assets and develop creatives for various channels, including project management (e.g., prepare media brief and define media plans for each country)Localize POS/HCP content (for all channels) liaising with MRL for approval and Media & Digital for execution with external agenciesLead tailored-made initiatives/projects across the zone (e.g., innovation, amplification of global campaigns, etc.)Define price and margins according to Global price structure recommendation and assortment x channel together with commercialDefine key messages and engaging material to present in front of large audiencesMonitor trade plan executionBuild working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communicationWhat we offer Being a key member in the implementation of our Bisolvon/Mucosolvan strategy in Western Europe in cooperation with a brilliant team and in a leading Healthcare company.Opportunity to work in an international environment and with people who have diverse and highly advanced skill sets.A real & concrete career path at Local, Regional, or Global level with P&L management & People management role opportunities.Empowerment to do the right thing for the business.Education: Graduate degree in marketing, management degree (preferable) or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years of marketing, trade (desirable) and general managerial experienceExperience in Healthcare industry and consumer goods desirableSpecialized knowledge/others: Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese is an advantage, fluent in English, any other local language is a plus, digital savvy.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs, team spirit, persuasion and influence, highly collaborative with all cross-functional partners, flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing business environment.
