Description: The Brand Manager position is for someone who is experienced and passionate about consumer marketing and brand-building. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge about market research, analytics, and consumer behavior.
RESPONSIBILITIESWith our consumer at the heart your key focus will be to: Contribute to elaborate the global brand strategy under the supervision of the Marketing Director.Lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan in partnership with the Commercial, Trade & Activations, Communication, Operations, and Financial teams to ensure successful execution of brand programs.Create business-building, consumer-focused marketing plans that may include digital and traditional media campaigns, consumer promotions (off trade, on trade, e-commerce & specialized channel), educational and POS materials, digital components, events, and sponsorships.Lead the development of innovation with a 12 - 18 months anticipation approach.Monitor business performance and take appropriate corrective actions to ensure achievement of business goals, including optimization of brand spend within the budget.Manage brand budget and profitability (P&L), including pricing, gross margin, and financial analysis in collaboration with Sales & Finance departments.Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all marketing efforts.Requirements:8-10 years operational marketing experience in Luxury/High image brand with international scope.Degree in Marketing (or related field) required; MBA preferred.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead brand plans to execution (incl. new product development & project management).Experience in wines & spirits is a plus.Fluent in English.
