Beyond olive oil, Deoleo products include premium vinegars and the finest table olives available.We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Marketing Department as Brand Manager Koipe in Rivas, Madrid - Spain.As Brand Manager for Koipe, your mission will be to lead the definition of the brand's strategic agenda, as well as the execution of all initiatives within the marketing plan, reporting to the Marketing Director of the Business Unit.You will be responsible for actively leading all brand-related projects, including communication strategy, innovation development, identifying new opportunities, packaging changes, sustainability projects, and more. You will work closely with other related departments such as Trade Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales, Operations, Quality, and others.Main activities and responsibilities:Definition of the 3-year strategic brand plan, including the definition of objectives and the main levers of the marketing mix.Management of the brand's P&L, with responsibility for the achievement of volume and gross margin targets.Development of innovation projects aligned with the strategic plan, in collaboration with all related departments (global innovation, quality, regulatory).Analysis and monitoring of brand performance at consumer and internal sales level, as well as the evolution of the main competitors.Constant collaboration with the Trade Marketing and Commercial team to ensure the achievement of commercial and point of sale objectives.Define and execute the brand's communication strategy, both in the short and long term.Oversee packaging and label design projects.Definition and coordination of digital campaigns, in collaboration with the Digital team.Communication and management with the pool of external agencies and related departments.You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role:University degree, with an emphasis on business
