What You Will Do As a Brand Manager Junior Naturals, you will manage the portfolio, communication strategy, and digital acceleration for brands across the Naturals & Cough cluster. You will be responsible for the market and business performance for a portfolio of leading brands within Southern Europe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Full accountability to deliver 3-year Operational Plan NTS/share targets.Drive the growth of the portfolio of brands across the Southern Europe Cluster.Develop and activate content & communication plans with a deep understanding of customer requirements.Work in close partnership with Franchise teams and country brand activation teams.Provide leadership and direction on the development and deployment of key initiatives.Engage with agencies for compliant and effective adaptation/development of assets.Partner with e-commerce, pharmacy, and professional teams to accelerate brand growth.Track KPIs – NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV.Ensure regulatory and quality processes are implemented per approved procedures.What We Are Looking For: Strong business, financial & digital acumen.Excellent communication and strong influencing skills.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.Sharp analytical skills and ability to make self-directed decisions.Ability to manage complexity in a matrixed organization.Strategic thinking with a drive for action.Proactive and results-driven.Commercial understanding of P&L and financials.English proficiency is mandatory; other languages are a plus.MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Essential Knowledge and Skills: College/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.MBA or Marketing Master is a plus.2-3 years of experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing.Previous experience in the FCMG/consumer health business is advantageous.What's In It For You: Private Medical InsuranceCanteenPension PlanEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
