What You Will Do At Kenvue, we are looking to replace a maternity leave between December 2024 and May 2025. Working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio, communication strategy, and digital acceleration for some of the brands across the cluster (Naturals & Cough). You will be responsible for the market and business performance for a portfolio of leading brands within Southern Europe. Internally, you will be a key partner of the Brand Cluster Squad and participate in the Commercial Squads Meeting for primary markets. You will also pursue the highest standards of quality, compliance, and ethics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Full accountability to deliver 3-year Operational Plan NTS/share targets. Driving the growth of the portfolio of brands across the Southern Europe Cluster. Experience developing and activating content & communication plans and a deep understanding of customer requirements. Work in close partnership with the Franchise teams and country brand activation teams to assure strategic alignment and flawless execution on key initiatives. Provide leadership and direction to other functions on the development and deployment of key initiatives. Active involvement in Cluster Cough & Cold Squads. Lead local communications and participate in the media planning for the South Europe Cluster countries. Engage with agencies to enable compliant, efficient, effective, and timely adaptation/development of assets. Partner with the e-commerce, pharmacy, and professional teams to accelerate brand growth. Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs - NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV. BMEs management. Demonstrates excitement, passion, and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims. Ensure that all regulatory and quality processes are deployed and implemented per approved procedures. What We Are Looking For Specific Requirements Strong Business, Financial & digital acumen.
