As a Brand Manager at Desigual, you will be responsible for crafting and executing brand strategies that enhance the company's market position, drive consumer engagement, and ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant. This role focuses heavily on strategic planning, market analysis, and delivering measurable campaign results.

Proven experience in brand management, preferably in fashion or a related industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Deep understanding of market research techniques, branding principles, and consumer psychology.Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics software, and digital platforms.Personal Attributes:Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt plans accordingly.Strong communication and presentation skills for both internal teams and external stakeholders.Creativity combined with analytical rigor to balance innovative ideas with data-driven decision-making.Leadership to make things happen managing lots of stakeholders: capabilities to inspire, engage, persuade and make people act. Main responsibilities Brand Strategy Development: Support with the creation and implementation of comprehensive branding strategies aligned with business goals.Protect the brand's positioning in the market, ensuring campaigns and activations reflect the company's values, mission, and vision.Help to continuously refine the brand strategy based on emerging market trends and consumer behavior. Market and Consumer Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.Analyze competitor strategies to assess strengths, weaknesses, and market gaps.Use insights from data analytics to predict consumer needs and adapt strategies accordingly. Campaign Planning and Execution: Help develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams, to strengthen brand consideration.Monitor campaign performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ROI objectives.Continuous tracking of the yearly marketing budget.Development of country-specific marketing plans when needed and relationship with key internal stakeholders (i.e., country managers) and external stakeholders (i.e., wholesalers). Performance Measurement and Reporting: Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed reports, offering actionable recommendations for future improvements.Track brand KPIs on a monthly basis to adapt plans when necessary.
