.Brand Manager, Dermatology Iberia Viñuelas Overview: The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and executing the country dermatology strategies and assigned projects/tasks in a BU and matrix structure. The individual will be accountable and responsible for dermatology marketing in the country and will work cross-functionally with other stakeholders and departments at a local and regional level. As the lead for dermatology marketing in the country, the individual will lead, develop, support, and coordinate commercial and positioning projects/activities and use marketing tools to optimize commercialization and maximize the value of the dermatology assets.Duties and Responsibilities:Drive strategy implementation in a matrix structure and lead the local brand team.Adapt European strategy to suit the local environment and execute tactics and initiatives enabling the pre-launch plan and subsequent promotional activities to successfully launch the company's dermatology products.Support the BUD on this initiative to drive high quality and successful operationalization of product strategy.Develop the Country Derma Brand Plan and ensure the rollout of the brand plan following the strategic imperatives.Join the European Brand Team and provide input into the EU Brand Planning process and contribute as appropriate to EU activities.Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.Support the development of the brand communication plan.Review product-related data to ensure the field-force is kept up-to-date on new developments of the product and competitor products, ensuring systematic collection of competitive intelligence.Support the design and organization of satellite symposia and booth appearances at nationwide conferences.Act as the first point of reference for all product-related inquiries from the field team and work collaboratively with colleagues in the field-force, medical affairs, legal, and regulatory to manage product needs.Maintain close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional materials and ensure that the materials are used optimally.Support the design of market research projects to assess market specifics and customer attitudes to products, translating insights into relevant actions to ensure successful promotion.Contribute to a best practice exchange culture with other brand leads in the local affiliate.Work in partnership with BUD and regional colleagues to refine local forecasts and budgets.Lead and manage vendors and agencies to ensure high quality of output; communicate, track, andkeep timelines and budgets.Monitor and control product budgets, assess the marketing mix related to the product, and evaluate cost effectiveness and results.Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Company compliance standards
