The role
As Brand Manager for Acure Care & Dysphagia your responsibility will be to build a strong brand and marketing plan in order to generate engagement with patients with these needs and the HCP. This role exists to support the development of the AC & Dysphagia brands in its different territories together with the global marketing team, execute and optimize the marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion) in the market by developing and implementing the agreed business plan mainly focused on patient needs, leading the channel becoming the captain of the category in hospitals/pharmacies/ecommerce and launching the I&R pipeline created as a relevant growth lever.
What you'll do
Your day in a life will look like this:
- Understand the portfolio's market competitiveness and target patients/consumers, translate the understanding into proprietary insights to strategize and develop quantified and measurable marketing actions and brand plans.
- Develop and update HCP/Patient portrait, engagement funnel for the brand and activate brand essence.
- Manage product portfolio, set portfolio optimization plans and pricing strategies, and ensure supply chain plans are in line with the brand plan and key targets.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the brand and ICP plan. Track and monitor the performance, health, and strategic alignment.
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen positioning, communication, or products, using new research findings and KOLs.
- Provide effective detailing aids and supporting scientific marketing communication for existing and new products in close cooperation with the Medical Affairs team.
- Identify gaps pertaining to product formulation, communication, price, availability, visibility, and aspects relevant to achieving superiority against competition, recommend and negotiate for innovation/renovation initiatives in coordination with HQ and local technical support, and drive the realization of new product development projects.
Minimum qualifications
- Academical background in Marketing or related.
- 5-6 years' experience in Marketing.
- Experience working in a FMCG Company or in the OTC/ Reimbursed Nutrition sector.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of nutrition/pharmaceutical brands, products, and projects.
- Previous experience developing and implementing business strategies and annual brand plans aimed at increasing brand competitiveness.
- Previous experience preparing materials and tools for Sales team.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Soft skills: High team player, dynamic and flexible person, resilient and ability to make a meaningful impact.
Bonus Points If You:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and SAP is desired.
- Scientific academical background would be a plus.
- Has a digital-first mindset, with experience in digital D2HCP strategy.
- Experience with eBusiness (digital and influencers, SSMM campaigns).
