.We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Field Brand Integrity Evaluator to ensure our stores consistently represent the brand's identity and values.
The evaluator will assess brand compliance, gather and analyze store data, develop action plans, and follow up on improvement areas.
This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards and supporting growth across owned and licensed stores.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIESIn-Depth Store EvaluationsPerform comprehensive on-site evaluations to verify adherence to brand guidelines, including store design, product display, and customer service.Assess alignment with brand identity and document any variances or areas needing improvement.Data Collection & AnalysisCollect, interpret, and report data on store performance, customer feedback, and brand compliance metrics.Use data analytics tools to track trends, measure brand integrity, and identify key areas for improvement.Create and maintain store performance dashboards, providing regular insights to the Brand Integrity Manager.Action Plan ImplementationCollaborate with store managers to develop action plans based on findings, prioritizing critical improvements for immediate impact.Be responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales for the Company.Set clear goals, deadlines, and performance measures for each action plan.Follow-Up and AccountabilityConduct follow-up evaluations to assess progress on action plans, providing additional guidance and resources as needed.Prepare and submit monthly summaries on store performance, compliance, and improvement progress.Business Growth OpportunitiesAnalyze store-specific opportunities for new product categories, services, or localized marketing.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest enhancements in customer experience and operational efficiency.Store RelationshipsAct as a brand ambassador, fostering productive relationships with store teams.Provide coaching on brand standards and reinforce best practices.Minimum Requirements:3+ years in retail, brand integrity, visual merchandising, field evaluation, or quality assurance.Experience in data analysis, reporting, and use of analytics tools (e.G., Excel, Tableau).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.Effective communicator with an ability to build rapport and provide constructive feedback.Proficiency in analytics software and reporting tools; experience with performance tracking platforms is a plus.Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.Up to 80% travel, with flexibility for weekends or peak retail periods.Don't miss your chance to join a progressive and sustainable global company, which is constantly looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow in a competitive and tough market
