The Growth team is the engine that drives Revolut's growth across the globe. With a community and marketing-driven approach, they ensure our features are the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our customer base at breakneck speed. What you'll be doing Developing and executing experiential marketing strategies that align with the overall brand goals and objectives.Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for each activation.Overseeing the execution of events, ensuring all elements are delivered seamlessly and meet brand standards.Collaborating with creative agencies, production companies, and other vendors to bring experiential campaigns to life.Managing relationships with external partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and timely delivery of services.Evaluating and selecting vendors based on their ability to deliver innovative solutions and quality outcomes.Developing and managing budgets for experiential marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Monitoring and controlling expenditures to stay within budget, and reporting on financial performance.Identifying opportunities to maximise impact and ROI within the allocated budget.Defining success metrics and KPIs for each activation to measure impact and effectiveness.Conducting post-event analysis to assess performance against objectives and identifying areas for improvement.Preparing and presenting detailed reports on campaign outcomes and insights to senior management.Leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of experiential campaigns, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
