If so, we would like to know more about you!As Brand Coordinator at Shimano, you will act as a facilitator between Sales, Marketing, Product teams, and the Customer/Consumer, contributing to the execution of an excellent marketing plan. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can bring about new ideas while working as a team.The Challenge- Be part of the Brand team and work with sales, marketing, and technical specialists to become a product master.- Develop the annual marketing plan together with the marketing team and ensure its monitoring, execution, and evaluation.- Ensure proper execution of product launches, including all tools and materials for the sales team.- Proactively collect market information (competition, market/sales data, trend information) for relevant product categories through field visits, online research, exhibitions, and vendor presentations.- Manage effective relationships with the whole team to ensure the flow of communication.- Track and analyze brand/product monthly performance, profitability, and trends.- Build the basis of new launch forecasts and its monthly tracking.- Liaise with sales and marketing services to communicate product information, sales actions, pricing, margin analysis, compare forecast data, promotion, and delivery/stock situation.- Contribute to the development and monitoring of annual sales and marketing plans for assigned products/brands, taking remedial action where required.- Maintain frequent contact with the European Brand team.What are we looking for?- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience (preferably in an international setting).- Knowledge of Product Management is a plus.- Knowledge of working with bicycle-related components and products is needed.- Affinity with the bike market and the Shimano product range.- Excellent language skills in English, both verbally and in writing.- Analytical profile, master in data management.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.- Willingness to travel.What do we have to offer?Shimano and its subsidiaries offer a pleasant, informal working environment with colleagues who work well together and are proud to work for Shimano.
