.At ING we are looking for Brand & Communication Specialist (temporary)Your role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Brand & Communication Specialist to join our Brand & Communication Area of Brand Experience Center of Expertise.The responsibility of this team is leading and implementing brand & products communication strategies to continue growing and making the brand memorable and irresistible. Our way of working is passionate and honest.Your key responsibilities:Create and implement marketing and communication strategies.Create, develop, and execute 360 brand & product campaigns to boost our brand and product's focus on digital media.Collaborate in the development and implementation of the brand's content strategy, identifying insights and generating value for clients and non-clients.Create customer-centric and personalized communications (commercial + operative + content comms).Identify marketing opportunities.Define KPI´s and analyze results to extract learnings.Work closely with other marketing areas (own media, paid media…) as well as the rest of bank areas to ensure all activities are implemented on time and in a consistent way.Work with external partners (creative agencies, content agencies, production partners…).Manage campaign budget and take responsibility for monitoring and reporting.Be the best brand ambassador.Be aware of new trends and competitors.What are we looking for?Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Marketing and communication global vision.Experience in 360 campaigns, and passionate about the new environment: new technologies, digital trends, social networks…Experience in Sponsorships.Analytical mindset, transforming data into actionable information.Proactivity, innovation, and resolution.Team player.Agency management.Good listener and strong communicator.Think in a strategical way.Excellent oral and written English skills.Ability to work on an international level.Highly organized and detailed approach.What do we offer?The time you spend at work, the challenges you face or the lessons you get are very important, but… What about your personal life?
