.Hi, we are Atopia!We're a passionate startup with the mission to help museums and cultural institutions achieve their fullest potential through beautiful, cutting-edge technology.With our VR and web platform, we allow art institutions worldwide to create & distribute stunning virtual exhibitions, and through that, become accessible to the whole world for the very first time.HQ'd in Munich's Neue Balan, our young, hybrid team of 8 comes from 8 nationalities, and we all share a passion for making culture more accessible.As we grow, we're seeking an experienced Head of Brand & Communications (m/w/d) to shape Atopia into a leading name in the museum industry,combining visionary strategy with hands-on execution and a great love for aesthetics & design to drive our mission forward.TasksBrand Strategy & VisionDevelop and implement a brand strategy that establishes Atopia as a trusted and innovative leader among museum professionals worldwide.Infuse Atopia's communication with the same love and care that defines our product, ensuring every interaction reflects our deep connection to our customers.Campaigns & CommunicationPlan and execute impactful B2B marketing campaigns that resonate with museum professionals, art enthusiasts, and cultural leaders.Lead the launch communication campaign for a groundbreaking collaboration with one of the world's most renowned museums in Q2 2025.Craft compelling content—from thought-leadership articles to engaging social media posts—that solidifies Atopia's position as a thought leader and trusted partner in the cultural sector.Visual Identity & CreativityDefine and maintain Atopia's visual identity, ensuring it consistently reflects our core values and high aesthetic standards.Create or oversee stunning, on-brand designs for presentations, marketing materials, social media, and events, delivering work that inspires and connects.RequirementsYour BackgroundYou're a design powerhouse (Figma or similar) with a portfolio that doesn't just show beautiful work—it tells stories that move people.Your aesthetic aligns with Atopia's vision of thoughtful, impactful design.You bring 4+ years of experience in brand building, marketing, or communications in B2B sectors.You understand that perfection is in the details, but never lose sight of the bigger picture.You know how to craft, distribute, and amplify content that speaks directly to our B2B customers, creating lasting connections that drive brand relevance.Your PersonalityDriven by Purpose: You're looking for an opportunity to make the world a more beautiful, creative place.Atopia's vision excites you, and you're ready to put in the work to make museums around the world know our name and trust us as their partner.Both Hands-on & Strategic: You can see the big picture, but also love diving into the nitty-gritty details, making sure every aspect of a campaign is executed flawlessly
