You possess a strong knowledge of Tequila brands and production processes, and you are selling the history, heritage and vibrancy of the Tequila category & brands you represent.
You are well-connected within the European bartending-scene and know how the Luxury spirts industry operates as well across channels in the region (retail, on-trade, e-commerce).
You have a proven track record of building brands in this trend-leading space.
You have a high affinity for luxury brands and have an in-depth understanding of the luxury consumer and how to engage with them.
You can establish and keep excellent relations with key influencers in the industry and beyond, and you know the best places to go.
You are the first point of contact to learn more about upcoming trends or in-depth knowledge about spirits and the industry.
You engage with decision makers of the On-Trade and Off-Trade network to ensure the perfect execution in our outlet universe.
Your job isn't done until you have created a best in class luxury experience for our customers and consumers with our luxury portfolio.
This is a brand building position at heart, and you are responsible for the brand success and inspiring customer loyalty, while implementing marketing- and content- activations.
Accountabilities As a Brand Ambassador, you are the point of contact for our trend-leading- and premium- business partners in your region.
Accountable to drive the brand purpose, heritage and history of the luxury brand product you are selling and representing.
You work across critical areas of customer activation, advocacy, consumer activation and capabilities of brand knowledge.
You drive bespoke rituals for our brands and perfect serves within the trend leading outlet universe.
You execute training programs, tastings and create brand awareness at scale in a consultative way by closely working with the luxury sales representatives of your area, the key account managers and the wholesaler/retail partners of the outlets.
You support to drive the commercial outcome for around in the 1/9/45 premium customers like Restaurants, Bars, Whisky Specialist Stores, Wholesale-, and Retail- Partners You lead international initiatives like the World Class competition and act as a consultant to the cocktail- and bartending community.
Together with the European culture and entertainment managers, you are responsible to generate luxury Tequila content of pre-defined events, which will be shared across Diageo's and your social media channels in order to create further brand awareness You help develop luxury Tequila visibility and point of sale materials which creates a luxury experience with our brands Together with our customers you create brilliant luxury Tequila experiences for our luxury consumers through best in class presentations of our portfolio.

Ideal experiences / Qualifications / capabilities 5+ years of industry experience in top accounts as a Bar-, manager or owner, Bartender or as Specialist Store Staff Member Knowledge of the Tequila category & production process.
High affinity to luxury goods and strong knowledge about luxury brands and the consumers Strong communication skills, in- and externally, verbal and written Strong influencing skills: the ability to impact customer behaviour at the point of purchase Recognized expert; highly regarded as a trends leader by the community Ability to understand customer requirements and match these with Diageo portfolio plans Self-starting and resilient, restless, agile, competitive Recognized and visible in the community, off- and online Good understanding of industry trends, social influences, and business drivers, brands Understanding of mixology, a passion for spirits, ability to deliver strong execution and engage with customers/consumers and other relevant stakeholders High level of structure, mastering administrative basics Experience with World Class is a plus English & Spanish: fluently spoken and written Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo's purpose of "celebrating life every day everywhere".
