Branch Manager - Mulanay Branch

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, implements and executes strategic business and marketing plans for the branch to ensure continuity of business operations and attainment of set targets. Establishes productive and professional relationships with bank clients and the community it serves. Responsible for the overall operations of the branch. ATTRIBUTES Strong business acumen. Mature and confident. Ability to work under pressure. Fast-paced, entrepreneurial and highly goal-oriented. Strong interpersonal and effective customer relation skills. REQUIREMENTS Extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably gained from banking, lending institutions, finance, and similar industries. 4-year Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar business courses. Schedule: 8 hour shift. Day shift. Monday to Friday. Ability to commute/relocate: Mulanay, Quezon Province: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Education: Bachelor's (Preferred). Experience: Management: 1 year (Preferred). Language: English (Preferred). Benefits: Paid training. 13th month salary.
