Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity.Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.Monitor and manage branch performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and financial goals.Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to achieve high performance and professional growth.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.Foster a positive and motivating work environment to ensure team cohesion and high morale.Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards.Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Drive branch sales goals by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective sales strategies.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and local businesses to expand the branch's market presence.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay competitive.Monitor and manage the branch budget, including expenses and revenue.Prepare and analyze financial reports to track branch performance and profitability.Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and record-keeping.Ensure all branch operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Identify and mitigate potential risks related to branch operations and customer interactions.Job Type: Full-time
