Qualifications and Standards

College degree preferred in business or related field
Basic accounting knowledge
2 years experience in Restaurant management
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues
Results-driven and customer-focused
Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations

Duties and Responsibilities

Create a culture of training and development
Lead by example as a proactive team player
Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Maintain, manage, and monitor all customer-related operational issues
Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service, and product training
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer experience
