Branch Field Credit Investigator And Appraiser

The Branch Field Credit Investigator and Appraiser will conduct thorough background and field checking of credit applicants to gather relevant information.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares the necessary reports for the management and internal customers in a fast and timely manner.Establishes the veracity of information provided by the credit applicants.Provides objective appraisal of collaterals to establish the proper and reasonable valuation of assets.Monitors incoming and outgoing requests and reports to effectively manage assignments.Answers credit inquiries from other banks and financial institutions.Assists the Legal and Collection Department in recovering/returned/end of lease collaterals or performing repossession.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or equivalent.Must possess good marketing and communication skills.Driving skills are required; candidates must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive confidently.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Willing to work full-time on-site.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLife insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:13th month salaryOvertime payEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)License/Certification:Philippine Driver's License (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
