We embrace creativity, experimentation, and a results-driven mindset to achieve our goals while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.Our mission is to inspire and empower our customers to experience the joy and freedom of hassle-free short and mid-term rentals' hosting.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the content marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.Monitor content performance, collecting data on target audiences, competitors, and market trends, thus making informed decisions about the content marketing strategy.Publish, distribute, and promote content throughout 5+ markets.Guarantee the quality of all content (old and new) across the company's blog, guides' platform, and other formats.Oversee disruptive ways to organically promote different content types, through different platforms (and media).Define and execute a content production strategy, leveraging external tools and a network of external agencies and freelance contributors.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Content Manager, Head of Content, or related roles, preferably in hospitality/travel/lodging.Proven ability to manage online presence, namely the blog and other content channels.Ability to manage the content lifecycle and day-to-day operations from planning to content creation, to publishing, distribution, and promotion.Strong project management skills, being able to manage multiple workflows, ensuring that high quality standards are met.Excellent copywriting skills, from long-form to short copy, as well as in editing and proofreading.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate with creatives from a technical standpoint.Any additional language is an advantage.Familiarity with the Content Marketing industry tools, such as: SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, among others.Understanding and experience with deploying SEO good practices.Diversity and Inclusion:
