1. Position Overview: The Regional Division Manager is responsible for the management of the partners in the designated region in all operational and executive aspects, assuring consistent service delivery at local level, compliant with ADP's standards and aligned with the strategy of Global Payroll. The main responsibilities of this senior role consist of the following key areas:Regional StrategyLead and execute the regional strategy to ensure partners act consistently and deploy a unified client experience in the region.Create and execute the regional strategy for expansion/reduction of countries and partners to have a right-sized network in the region.Align with ADP's contractual, compliance and commercial expectations, securing sustainable growth and setting business allocation rules.Evolve the network in the region, aligned with ADP strategy, industry/market standards, and through best practice sharing and local expertise.Partner Relations & EngagementAssure current and future seamless partner relations on operational and executive level.Maintain partner engagement and proactively address potential engagement issues.Build a strong central governance and promote mutually successful long-term relationships with partners.Regional Execution of Partner Performance and DeliveryResponsible and accountable for the overall delivery of partner performance and operational activities in the region.Ensure consistency with multi-country HCM services and Global payroll standards.Monitor and control the local end-to-end service.Liaise and resolve major partner disputes in business operational and executive matters.Support client-facing departments with major client disputes and issues in the region to ensure retention of ADP's clients.Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies in partner delivery.Leading a Team of Partner Managers and Executive Relations ManagersEnsure your team is fully trained and engaged to support the business objectives and activities in the region.Assess overall capacity and effectively scale teams to meet business needs and drive team performance.Retain talent and keep associate engagement, leading your team according to ADP's Leadership priorities:Make the client your north star.Act as an owner.Always listen to associates.Furthermore, the Regional Division Manager collaborates with Partner Platform Management to ensure compliance with technical pillars and execute on regional business continuity strategies. The Regional Division Manager should build strong relationships with internal leaders and act as an ambassador and expert of the region, assuring local needs/characteristics are always considered in future ADP strategies.2. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTranslate strategy to define goals and assure partners in the region are working in the right direction to achieve ADP overall goals in terms of Sales, Setup, Revenue, NOI, NPS, and Retention.Provide planning and leadership coaching to the team for effective execution of duties and responsibilities and leverage individual associate growth opportunities.Implement effective and proactive management monitoring and reporting of regional performance including: network profitability, business allocation rules, capacity, service scope, performance, and Quality KPIs.Act as main liaison point for Partner audit related activities such as contractual compliance planning of audit, monitoring progress, and ensuring that Partners close action plans originated from Corporate/GSO Audits.Ensure deployment and correct usage of ADP processes, tools, and pillars, leading to service excellence and client retention.Manage deployment of partner strategy ensuring execution of activities, driving partner decisions, and improving partner engagement to maintain successful relationships.3. Education & Certification RequirementsMajor Area of Concentration: Business, Human Resources, Finance, Payroll.Other education or certification requirements: PHR, CPP, HCS.4. ExperiencePreferred knowledge of Payroll and HR domain, Outsourcing.Leading teams.5.
