Develop and maintain relationships with key existing ones while ensuring growth in sales and revenue through planning, optimization, and implementation of sales plans. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: Maximize sales revenues, volume and product mix by achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Develop uniquely strategic business plans to generate revenue from new and existing partners; analyzing trends and results. Implement and execute sales programs by developing sales action plans in conjunction with the global strategy. DETAILS OF JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist in sales activities and negotiate sales price and discounts in agreement with HQ. Directly responsible for lead generation and management to develop the market. Conduct regular reviews of business performance and promotion strategies. Actively and successfully manage the sales process; possessing drive, motivation and acute attention to detail to ensure all sales opportunities for Panda Security are identified and explored. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new customers. Develop account strategies in accordance with overall transition to the channel strategy; analyzing trends and results. Develop account goals and business plan for SOHO, SMB, key accounts and Value Added Resellers. Ability to present information and solutions in a professional manner. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of Business Development activities. Experience in managing and establishing business relations over the phone. International experience is a plus. Fluent English. IT interests. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals. Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies. Possess strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
