ABOUT YOUR ROLEOur client is seeking a Social Media Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Communication Team.
You will report to the Chief Marketing Communication Officer (CMO) and be a key contributor to the content presented to our potential clients on various marketing channels, managing our social media (LinkedIn and X).
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Scientific Content Production: Manage global content development from concept to final material delivery, considering market specificities, commercial strategy, competitive landscape, and internal expertise (10 countries, 20+ perils, 8+ industries).Identify key messages to display expertise about climate change, emerging risks, cyber, natural perils, and modelling technologies.Run qualitative and quantitative assessments of existing and missing commercial content and work cross-functionally to build and test informed marketing material.Serve as the link between underwriting, RD, and commercial communications in investigating and building improved marketing materials such as pitch decks, product and industry sheets, case studies, scientific articles, and newsletters.Social Network Strategy and Publication: Be responsible for the schedule and delivery of posts in coordination with the CMO.Write messaging and create visuals, with the help of our graphic designer when needed, for LinkedIn and X.Create landing page text on the website when the post is about a publication, with the help of the Webmaster.Encourage best practices to improve performance through close collaboration with team members.Market Watch: Contribute to the market watch conducted by the head of external communications with regular monitoring of the competitive landscape, Nat Cat insurance, parametric solutions, loss events, and global panorama and evolutions.ABOUT YOUExperience QualificationsGraduated from a Business or University with a specialization in marketing or communication.
Minimum of 3 years of experience (including internships and apprenticeships) in marketing content production and social media in a similar position.
SkillsFluency in English (written and verbal communication) mandatory; French is a plus.Ability to understand insurance financial terms, as well as scientific and complex technical information.Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.Self-motivated and ambitious, with high attention to detail and work ethic.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
