We are looking for the Head of Design - Sneakers for an international, young, and fresh fashion firm.
Your work will be based on a creative process, from capturing the latest trends to the design and development of the collections.
What would your day to day be like?Creative process: trend analysis, coloring, materials.Create your own designs when considered.Coordinate the collections: plan team work, calendars, and manage projects.Direct dealing with suppliers and prototype review.Budget control.Presentation of the collections.Work together with the rest of the team to create designs aligned with the rest of the structure.How do we imagine you?With at least 5 years of experience designing sneakers.Experience managing a team of designers and coordinating design projects.With a passion for fashion & design and a taste for attention to detail in each product.Creative, capable of capturing the latest trends and customer needs to reflect it in the collections.Good communication skills and a fantastic ability to work as a team in a very dynamic environment.Ability to manage teams: organization, development.LanguagesSuper fluent in English, high level of Spanish, other languages add up.
