Job Summary: As a Local Operations Specialist for Xiaomi App Store, you will be responsible for managing user operations within your local market. This includes providing customer support, performing market analysis, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our products and services. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure the seamless operation of Xiaomi's software products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. Provide product troubleshooting, guidance, and technical assistance to users. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis: Conduct local market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences. Monitor competitor activities and market developments, sharing insights with internal teams. Assist in the development of local marketing strategies, campaigns, and product positioning. Operational Oversight: Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and standards. Monitor product performance, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement. User Research: Collect and analyze local user feedback to better understand user needs and pain points. Conduct regular product walkthroughs, documenting and addressing core user experience issues. Manage the Xiaomi Fans community, engaging with users and tracking key issues and user retention. Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, marketing, and engineering to align on operational objectives. Provide valuable feedback on product development and feature improvements based on local user insights. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analysis, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in tech or software product operations. Knowledge of smartphone trends, particularly Xiaomi products, is a significant advantage. Experience in market research or user research is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of software products and services. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus. Core Competencies: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
