Idiomas clave: As we are scheduling for the Northern Continent, we are looking for a scheduler with multiple language capabilities comprising two or more languages of the following:

English (mandatory as our company language) Full proficiency in German is mandatory for this position Dutch and/or French is always a plus Sector: Customer Service & Technical Support

Working Hours: We are offering to work in a flexible team that shares the following interesting working time schemes to cover in all countries of the region a 24/7 service or Monday to Sunday.
This means working time will also be during weekends and nights.

Responsabilidades Principales: Forecasting and scheduling to fulfil customer requirements Scheduling available resources (drivers, equipment, and product) to meet customer demand Using initiative and data to react to unplanned changes Attending to inquiries that customers may have Experiencia/Habilidades: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Must be able to work on own initiative and in a team Analytical/logical thinking, attention to detail Must be able to make decisions based on the information provided Organizational and problem-solving skills Previous Customer Service and/or logistical experience is an advantage but not mandatory Excellent computer literacy skills ¿Qué se ofrece? ¿Qué aprenderás? ¡No seas tímido!
