Site visits to support new telemetry interfacing initiatives, strategic pilot programs, installation audits and troubleshooting. In addition, this role will manage third party Installation Partner networks and relationships.How you'll make an impactWork to become a Geotab Product Subject Matter Expert and provide valuable business solutions.Provide design support for the New Product team, analyzing user's requirements, defining product specifications, field and simulation testing.Support customers with technical details, technical specifications and data requirements based on Geotab product offerings.Advise Sales with technical applications based on requirements from Resellers / Customers.Support Installation partners and their installers real time when necessary. Provide specific technical installation requirements and wiring schematicsOversee installation of pilot projects involving complex solution implementation and new product introduction.
