This role will be part of a team within our studios, which will grow to four or five people over the next year or so.
As the team expands, there will be opportunities for growth, including the potential to step up into a lead role (if that is something you want to do).
In this role, you'll act as a bridge between the studio and the client, essentially becoming an operator within the studio itself.
You'll gather insights from clients and relay that information back to the studio, helping refine and improve our offerings.
Your key focus will be presenting our products to clients, but more importantly, you'll dive deep into understanding their needs and finding solutions to meet them.
It's a unique position that blends a B2C mindset into a B2B environment, making it an exciting and specialised opportunity.
About You
You are data-driven, focused, and determined to understand and translate the reasons behind game performance.
Ideally, you have a background in B2C casinos with a strong focus on commercial or product performance, enabling you to drive objective, data-driven decisions.
You have a passion for breaking down and analysing content at a fundamental level, paired with the proven ability to host, engage, and lead presentations and content sessions effectively.
Your curiosity and passion for learning fuel your desire to understand what makes a game succeed or fail.
Additionally, you have a solid grasp of B2C operational procedures, allowing you to confidently drive recommendations.
Experience in specific markets is also a valuable advantage you bring.
Responsibilities
Here is a breakdown of what you can expect to be doing:

Game Demos: Create and deliver engaging game demos that highlight features and potential for clients.Assist Account Managers: Actively support account managers by providing insights and data to help them manage client relationships effectively.Launch Tracker: Track all upcoming game launches, ensuring that every launch is monitored and nothing is overlooked.Placement Tracker: Record and monitor the placement of games and content across platforms to maximise visibility and success.Market Research – Competitors and Ops: Conduct in-depth market research, focusing on competitors and operational insights to stay ahead of the industry.Trends Report: Identify and compile key trends in the market and gaming industry to guide strategy and decision-making.Weekly Reporting - Internal: Prepare and deliver internal weekly reports that summarise performance, milestones, and key insights.Monthly Reports - Internal: Create detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders to track progress and understand trends.Game Launch Reports: Produce comprehensive reports on game launches, analysing performance, engagement, and user feedback.Operator Monthly Performance Review: Deliver monthly performance reviews to operators, analysing their key metrics and providing actionable recommendations.Game Metrics Tracking: Track, analyse, and report on game performance metrics to ensure all key indicators are met.Roadmap Recommendations - Internal: Develop and recommend strategies for the internal roadmap, guiding future development.Roadmap Recommendations - External: Provide recommendations for the external roadmap, aligning it with market demands and operator needs.Operator Insights - Operational: Generate valuable operational insights that improve operator performance and efficiency.Operator Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of operator data, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.Weekly Release Roundup (Competitors): Compile a weekly roundup of competitor game releases, keeping the team informed of the competitive landscape.New Market Research: Research emerging markets, identifying potential growth opportunities.Existing Market Trends Reviews: Regularly review and analyse current market trends to ensure strategies stay relevant and responsive to changes.The Interview Process
A call with our Talent Partner, followed by an interview with our Head of Product Analytics, Cyrus.
