Sitting within the Planningzone of the Supply Chain function the team are responsible for ensuring our products are made anddelivered to the right distribution centres, on time and in full.
This is achieved by delivering the bestbalance of service, inventory, cost and sustainability, that delivers the Company's revenue and cashflowobjectives.PURPOSE:The BPX Planning Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the quality, integrity, and security of the organization's data assets.
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data governance policies are adhered to, overseeing data management processes, and providing support to users in accessing and interpreting data.
The Data BPX plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate data for decision-making and compliance with industry regulations.CORE RESPONSABILITIES:Data Governance:O Implement and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.O Define and maintain data ownership and accountability models for key data assets.O Collaborate with business units and IT to ensure data is managed and maintained according to governance standards.Data Quality:O Monitor and assess the quality of data, identifying issues related to data completeness, accuracy, and integrity.O Develop and implement data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data quality.O Provide support to teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure data accuracy.O Develop and maintain excel templates and macros to check data quality for user inputsData Management:O Know data sources and targets, transformation rules, and usage of datao Ensure that data is stored, archived, and retrieved efficiently and securely.O Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and other documentation to facilitate clear understanding and usage of data across departments.O Oversee the creation and maintenance of master data and reference data management processes.Data Lifecycle Management:O Manage the data lifecycle from acquisition and creation through retirement, ensuring data is used appropriately throughout.O Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data is available and accessible when needed while adhering to data privacy regulations.Stakeholder Collaboration:O Work with data owners, business users, and technical teams to define and implement data standards and processes
