We foster business growth through knowledge exchange and networking. Your mission is to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members, specifically Partners and MDs from consulting firms with at least 50 employees.Your 1-Year Mission:Drive growth by winning 1,000 additional active community members. Secure 25 sponsors by creating a pipeline of 250 leads (lead has 1st call with us).First 90 Days:Win 40 sponsor leads (wants to have a 1st call with us). Secure 100 active community members.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies. Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches. Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach. Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO and CTO. Generation of participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London. Travel to our own events to learn about and optimize our community events.Your profileEssential Skills and Experience:Availability: You are available at the latest with 40h / week. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches.
