What do you have to offer? Native: French. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Service-oriented, pragmatic, and flexible mindset. Experience in a similar role is advantageous Keen interest in Human Resources. Good knowledge of Excel is required. Which task can you expect? Handle client communication, via phone and email. Pre- and Post-payroll activities Manage content and administration of client files: Guide clients through the procedure. Ensure adherence to the calendar's steps.
