.Job Description SummaryThe BPA Manager is accountable as a business partner to the Region Europe HQs and Clusters / Markets organizations for managing financial matters and processes. It will allow us to innovate & pioneer greater access to high-quality medicines, but we can only do this by bringing the best and the brightest minds together.We're recruiting a BPA for our Region Europe finance team, based in Madrid.Your responsibilities will include: Support and manages the budgeting and LO process for the area of responsibility seeking to improve efficiency of those processes by enhancing usage of digital solutions, AI and APO based toolsAccountable to identify and deliver regional processes simplification and activity-reporting automation and standardization.Develops tools, designs frameworks and processes that enables strategic, optimized and effective business decision-making, monitors business performance against set objectives and take corrective measuresActively manage relationships with and between regional and clusters / market finance stakeholdersFacilitates and supports liaison with the Head BPA Commercial Markets and the Business Planning and Analysis team based in HyderabadEngage proactively in commercial activities with the objective of driving growth, productivity and efficiency for the businessManage and integrate services delivered to the organization and provide expert advice and financial support to multiple countries.Provide well managed, accurate and quality financial analysis and technical / analytical support to the business, effective financial critical information and prepare various high level management reports on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basisKey interfaces include Regional CFO and Finance team, Region Europe HQs, CFOs and BPAs in EU clusters / markets.What you'll bring to the role: University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance/ MBA desirable+10 years of relevant business experience (Sandoz finance experience as BPA / Head BPA considered an asset)Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, and additional language(s) preferred.Experience in establish complex processes and digital initiatives.Excellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem solving), able to handle complex analysis.Excellent IT skills, particularly BPC, MS Excel, MS Power-Point.
