Job Purpose: Be responsible for TD EMEA Automation developments backlog and key contact between development teams (TD internal and external) and BPA customer teams (TD EMEA/Countries teams). Ensure backlog progresses as planned and support development teams on technical / operational escalations.Responsibilities: Designs, plans, and coordinates the product backlog between delivery teams.Raises identified risks and issues to the appropriate senior management level.Provides project control support and coordinates the work of project staff.Works with stakeholders to facilitate project governance.Maximizes product delivery through organizational methods.Regularly reviews Product Backlog with BPA Team Lead and Operational leads for prioritization.Supports development teams on facilitating solutions on day-to-day issues by providing first level of support or engaging with other support teams.Ensures documentation created by development team follows and is stored according to defined guidelines.Owns and manages through to completion any ad hoc projects as defined by the business.Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 2 years work experience in a similar role or in automation development.Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business).Leadership, team building, and coaching abilities.Ability to express complicated and involved information in a concise and articulate manner.2 years experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Kryon, BluePrism, WorkFusion, Contextor, or related robotic process automation software is valuable.Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Excel).Scripting knowledge or experience in one of the following solutions: Python, Perl, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell, etc.Knowledge and experience on Scrum is a plus.SAP knowledge (SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse) is a plus.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.Able to create and conduct formal presentations.Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.Cultural Competency Requirements: Within Tech Data, diversity is one of our fundamental shared values.
