We offer solutions in IT services, engineering developments, electronics, and R&D projects.Our commitment is to hire the best talent regardless of race, religion, gender, age, and people with other abilities, promoting their professional and personal development.Mission:As a UX / UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative solutions for frontend/client and user-facing products, with a strategic approach that positively impacts the business.Functions:Collaborate with Product Owners and internal stakeholders to gather requirements.Design frontend/client and patient-facing product solutions.Collaborate with the engineering team to efficiently implement designs.Lead design systems initiatives to streamline the production of frontend products.Mandatory service experience:Proficient in Figma (minimum of 3 years of experience using it with a development team).Experience in building B2B and B2C products.Experience in dashboard design.Experience in creating design systems.Engineering experience (Healthanea is a highly complex technical product).Ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity to technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to adapt in a context with numerous uncertainties.English environment.Our selection process includes:First interview.Technical Interview.Final interview.In addition, at K-LAGAN, we want you to enjoy the full experience of being part of our team, that's why we offer:ESSENTIAL!
