They commercialize a wide-ranging portfolio of better-for-you healthy lifestyle solutions to improve the lives of their customers.Your responsibilities:You will provide exceptional and personalized customer support via different channels, to ensure customer and brand partner retention and satisfaction.You will analyze and identify clients' needs, offering the best possible solution and/or product.You will provide response and resolution of users' inquiries within the SLA.You will maintain service and product knowledge.You will follow all processes and procedures of the project and escalate potential service issues to management.Hours and Benefits:Shift: 39 hours/week, rotative Monday to Friday 09:00 to 20:00, 5 days/week.Salary: 21,700 Euros gross/year + up to 2,000 Euros gross/year Bonus.Ongoing training.Diverse growth opportunities.Start date: Immediate.Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked).#J-18808-Ljbffr
