Job Summary: This role is a fixed-term contract for 8 - 12 months as maternity cover. The dedication is flexible up to a minimum of a 75% dedication, which translates into 28.5 hours per week. Join our dynamic HR Operations team in Spain as a vital member, collaborating closely with our global HR organization on various exciting projects and initiatives.

What you will do: Provide in-depth HR knowledge to autonomously take the lead for a designated business function on all Country HR related tasks and activities across the entire employee lifecycle.Coach managers on best practices and all HR initiatives so they can effectively lead and support their teams.Drive employee relations activities and advise the business on Spanish Labour Law (hiring, disciplinary processes, absence management, international assignments, etc.).Work closely with the relevant Business Partners responsible for the business function.Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training and development.Administer compensation and benefit plans, supporting with communications and employee guidance. What we're looking for: Bachelor's/Master's in any HR related or legal subject.Good experience working in an HR function required.Up-to-date knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and best practices.First experience in works council relations preferable.Previous experience in working in an international matrix-structure desirable.Excellent attention to detail.Capacity to deal with a wide range of stakeholders with conflicting priorities.Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure.Able to demonstrate initiative, influence, and problem-solving skills.Friendly and able to converse with people at any level.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and analytical skills. Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a relevant field.
