Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the good maintenance of the Boutique area, fitting rooms, storage room and showcases. Stocking display shelves when a product is running out- Keeping aware of what types of products are in the store and making recommendations to customers, as well as monitoring inventory daily and checking remaining stock at the end of each month- Operating the Point-of-Sale system with correct invoicing and use of currency / credit card / room chargesAble to complete tasks as delegated by a superior, with other team members or individually.- Provide detailed information about products, including local and artisanal items, hotel-branded merchandise, and specialty goods.Our Ideal Boutique Attendant candidate will have:- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage warmly with guests, making each shopping experience enjoyable and memorable.- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate product information and recommendations to guests.- Attention to Detail: Careful attention in managing inventory, merchandise display, and transaction accuracy to ensure smooth operations.- Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled at handling guest requests, complaints, or issues calmly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.- Multitasking Abilities: Able to manage customer interactions, transactions, and inventory simultaneously, maintaining a high level of service.- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational abilities to maintain boutique aesthetics, manage inventory, and handle transactions efficiently
