WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within BCG's Industrial Goods Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights, collaborating with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.
You'll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
In addition, you will support, with guidance from senior colleagues, your topic/sector in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal BCG websites, ensuring availability of the latest, high-quality content.
You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Forest Products, Paper and Packaging business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts.
Forest products, paper and packaging (FPPP) is a sub-sector of the Industrial Goods Practice Area.
It covers topics from forestry, forest products such as wood-based panels to pulp, paper, paperboard, and non-paper packaging.
YOU'RE GOOD AT Deep understanding of the FPPP industry and its trends.
Specific expertise in packaging is a priority.
In-depth know-how of relevant industry resources desired.
Expertise in digital, operational, sales, and marketing in the FPPP industry is a plus.
Applying FPPP expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account.
Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working across time zones.
Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive.
Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
Ability to take ownership and independently manage own work, capacity, and time with limited guidance.
