Join us!What you'll do Develop global expansion plans and forecasts in coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Policy & Market Development teams to meet company growth projections.Serve as global lead in the asset planning and allocation process for all global assets and accessories.Lead cross-functional teams to assess and direct the setup of our business in new countries.Serve as liaison and project manager for the Policy & Market Development team with Superpedestrian's product, operations, and business teams, explaining technical details to a public policy audience and public policy developments to internal technical or business audiences.Manage Policy & Market Development team input and feedback on product roadmaps to develop and launch city-friendly products and services in coordination with other teams.Assist the Policy & Market Development team with Salesforce administration, including maintenance, setup, and reporting.What you'll bring 6-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, and/or project/program management, with a strong preference for experience in a high-growth startup environment.Proficiency engaging with a variety of internal partners, ability to build trust and collaborate with those teams.Process-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to define and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.Experience communicating with senior leadership and indirectly managing peers.Bachelor's Degree.Why you'd want to join us We're different.
