About This Role Borescope Inspector Role Summary CAE Parc Aviation is an approved Maintenance Organisation. We hold EASA Part 145 (IE. 145.072) and FAA (7EPY673C) approvals for the performance of Engine Borescope Inspection Services. CAE Parc Aviation are seeking Borescope Inspectors. The positions offered are full time. Supported by our Maintenance Coordinator Team, based in Dublin.
Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unscheduled borescope inspections on Engine and APU (Operations Support). Perform borescope inspections on transitioning engines and APU. Perform borescope inspections pre and post engine maintenance. Generate reports documenting the engine's condition and issue EASA 145 Form 1 Certification where appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Hold an EASA B1 Licence with a type rating or have completed an Apprenticeship or Training in Aircraft Engine Maintenance environment to a similar level. A minimum of 2 years recent borescope inspection experience. Hold or have recently held authorisation to certify borescope inspection tasks. Borescope inspection experience and formal documented training on some or all the following (minimum 1 engine type): CF34, CFM 56, CFMI LEAP, CF6, GE90, GEnx, IAE V2500, PW100, PW150, PW1100, PW1500, PW4000, AE3007, RR Trent all, PT6.
