Bookkeeper

We are looking for a bookkeeper that can join our dream team!
Job Responsibilities: Support daily bookkeeping and financial operations, including: Recording and reconciling bank transactions.
Managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and internal reconciliations.
Preparing and recording outgoing payments.
Preparing monthly tax documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintaining accurate and organized administrative and financial records.
Qualifications and Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
Proficiency in accounting software; experience with SAP Business One is a strong advantage.
Advanced skills in spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools.
Solid understanding of key accounting principles such as accruals and revenue recognition.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of teamwork.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Knowledge of tax requirements and experience preparing basic tax documentation.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial administration.
Higher Vocational Qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Additional information: 1 day of home office per week.
Own vehicle to get to the Site.
Residence max 30 km far from the Site.
