With a fresh round of fundraising, Glamping Hub is excited to be hiring for the next stage of growth within the company. For this reason, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Team. We are seeking an experienced and impassioned Product Manager to take responsibility for the payments platform for payments and payouts and for the booking life-cycle of our users. You will own the booking and payments visions and deliver through it without losing sight of the users.
You will work closely with our finance, customer service, data, UX research, design and engineering teams to:

Being a Product manager of the booking process and payment platform in Glamping HubDeveloping product plans, success criteria, mechanisms, and metrics for the related areasFacilitating both discovery and innovationWriting concise Product requirements documents and other project documentsCollaborating in the company roadmap for booking and payment-related features and coordinating between projectsCollaborating with the software development team to present product specifications and follow up the development lifecycle of new features for the websiteUnderstanding and driving the technologies behind the product and their architectural decisionsIndependently seeking additional technical guidance and principal reviews where necessaryDelivering results in a timely manner using iterative and incremental development Prioritization: You use your data skills, voice of the customer and user empathy to weigh competing initiatives, making clear decisions on priority, focusing your team's execution and continually adapting your roadmap and strategy based on feedback. You own the product backlog.
Collaboration: You are skilled at building trust with many different stakeholders and empowering them by giving clear expectations and keeping them aligned with your team's roadmap. You can work closely with the engineering team, product design team and third parties to achieve common goals.
Ownership: Shape the future of Glamping Hub's booking and payments experience (including the booking mobile app) by owning the product strategy, vision and roadmap in accordance with OKRs and strategic goals. You own the outcomes of your team's work and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.
Communication: You demonstrate a clear and structured approach to communicating. You are able to connect your team's strategy to the company's mission and break down your team's strategy into clear next steps. Define detailed use cases intended for engineering and design, represent business interests during design and development phases, coordinate product releases with various internal stakeholders and measure and report on the efficacy of initiatives and develop action plans accordingly.
Leadership: You can represent your users' interests at any level of the organization and act with openness and transparency with your team, your peers and stakeholders.
Desired skills and qualifications:
3+ years of payment product management (or similar role) experience in a startup environment
