What would be the responsibilities of this position? Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences. Provide accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms. Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests. Reservation Handling: Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required. Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency. Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach. Solution and result-driven person. Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'. Fluent in English + Russian + French 27 vacation days per year. Permanent contract.
