- Meeting with patients to observe and assess their behavior- Meeting with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss the patient's treatment and progress and recommend ways to address behavioral issues- Developing individual treatment plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors- Helping clients set and meet behavior goals- Keeping detailed notes of patient meetings and progress- Using ABA methods such as reinforcement and conditioning to correct or reduce aggressive, harmful, and anti-social behaviors and to encourage positive behaviors- Providing supervision to trainees pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification, and ongoing supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs- Conducting competency assessments for RBTs and RBT applicants.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, New-Grad, PermanentPay: 55.00€ - 78.00€ per hourCOVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear masks, hand washing or use sanitizer.Ability to commute/relocate: Badalona, Barcelona provincia: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)Application Question(s): Willing to travel to US?Education: Master's (required)Language: English (preferred)License/Certification: BCBA (required)
