- Meeting with patients to observe and assess their behavior - Meeting with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss the patient's treatment and progress and recommend ways to address behavioral issues - Developing individual treatment plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors - Helping clients set and meet behavior goals - Keeping detailed notes of patient meetings and progress - Using ABA methods such as reinforcement and conditioning to correct or reduce aggressive, harmful, and anti-social behaviors and to encourage positive behaviors - Providing supervision to trainees pursuing BCBA and BCaBA certification, and ongoing supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs - Conducting competency assessments for RBTs and RBT applicants.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, New-Grad, Permanent Pay: 55.00€ - 78.00€ per hour COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear masks, hand washing or use sanitizer.
