With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a (Sr.) Growth Manager for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Barcelona office. How Do You Fit In? As the (Sr.) Growth Manager at Fabletics, you are tasked with elevating our conversion strategy from first-time visitor engagement to loyal VIP subscriber status. This role is a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative marketing, and cross-functional leadership, aimed at refining the customer journey across our First Time Visitor and Ad-driven Landing Pages in 9 European markets. Working as part of the Ecommerce Team in Barcelona, you'll foster a partnership to synergize efforts across all aspects of conversion optimization, ensuring a unified approach to achieving our ambitious growth targets. This position reports to the VP of Ecommerce, Europe. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve lead conversion rates and VIP customer acquisitions across multiple media channels, leveraging insights to drive efficiency. Utilize innovative A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques to enhance the efficiency of prospecting traffic conversion into leads and ultimately into VIPs. Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams including creative, product, media, merchandising, and technical SEO to create and execute high-impact, data-driven testing plans. Oversee online marketing analytics, generate insights, develop dashboards, and track key performance indicators for continuous improvement. Drive the execution of new acquisition offers and promotional strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals, return on ad spend targets, and optimize product pricing strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and reduce acquisition costs. What You Bring to Our Team: A proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically within the e-commerce sector. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with some Analytics (GA, Heap, etc.) certification preferred
