We are seeking a strategic People Business Partner to align our team initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
As a People Business Partner, you will be working closely with managers to build high-performing teams and act as an enabler to measure employee engagement and employee happiness.

The People team is a very dynamic and energetic team.
We support all the teams at Kantox providing a smooth experience every day.
Inside our team, we build employee experiences, from attracting the best talent to creating great onboarding experiences.
You'll see us also taking part in training and development.

Our main areas are People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Training and People Business Partners: together we embrace a top employee journey from beginning to the end, always challenging ourselves in a disruptive way.

Your mission within Kantox
Advising and influencing leaders across the organisation to ensure that the talent needs are covered.
This will include building programs to engage, retain and develop our people throughout their careers with Kantox with a mid & long-term talent strategy in mind.

Partnership: Be the go-to advisor, offering guidance on talent management and people operations topics.Operational excellence: Improve and automate current processes.
Propose innovative people solutions to become more efficient.Coaching: Act as an enabler and develop our leaders in change management, building high-performance teams and navigating complex team member relations and terminations.Data systems: Collaborate on key people processes implementation, such as recognition, performance & compensation cycles, talent review, employee relations and support employee retention initiatives.Data Analytics: Analyze People's KPIs to identify pain points, propose solutions and maintain an industry benchmark on salaries and benefits.Feedback champion: Proactively seek and address feedback from others.
Provide effective feedback for peers.Employee Relations Management: Be an expert in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on people deliverables as well as support the compensation and benefits team.
